Back leg front kick, land right front stance, front punch, reverse punch.

Step angle out to the left, front stance, left middle inner forearm block.

Back leg front kick, land right front stance, front punch, reverse punch.

Step right towards the front, right front stance, isometric right C-block.

Isometric reverse C-block, front punch.

Step left towards the front, left front stance, isometric left C-block.

Isometric reverse C-block, front punch.

Advance front stance, front punch and Ki-hap.

Back leg turning side kick, land left front stance, right forearm strike.
