Parallel Ready Stance

Step back into left back stance, front middle inner forearm block.

Step back into right back stance, front middle inward block.

Shift to front stance, reverse punch.

Back leg turning round kick, land in a back stance, front knifehand strike.

Shift to front stance, reverse punch.

Back leg turning round kick, land in a back stance, front knifehand strike.

Shift to front stance, reverse punch and front punch.

Spin front foot 1/2 turn to left, back stance, double guarding blocks.

Step back into right back stance, front middle inner forearm block.

Step back into left back stance, front middle inward block.

Shift to front stance, reverse punch.

Back leg turning round kick, land in a back stance, front knifehand strike.

Shift to front stance, reverse punch.

Back leg turning round kick, land in a back stance, front knifehand strike.

Shift to front stance, reverse punch and front punch.

Step the back foot through and spin 1/2 turn forming a left back stance, reverse back fist/front low block combination.

Shift to a front stance, reverse middle inward block.

Stationary front punch.

Execute a spin hook kick to the rear with the front foot, landing in a horse stance, left back fist.

Step the right foot forward forming a parallel stance, while executing a right and left shoulder level punch.

Step back with the left foot, to a right back stance, executing a reverse back fist/front low block combination.

Shift to a front stance, reverse middle inward block.

Stationary front punch.

Execute a spin hook kick to the rear with the front foot, landing in a horse stance, right back fist.

Step the left foot forward forming a parallel stance, while executing a left and right shoulder level punch.

Step back with the right foot, forming a left back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Step through to the rear with the left foot into a left front stance, right scoop block, then front punch.

Step the left foot to the right, and execute a right side kick, land forward.
