Step to the left, back stance, square block.

Stationary reverse knifehand strike.

Step left into middle stance, left side punch.

Step left foot to right, then right foot out to back stance, square block.

Stationary reverse knifehand strike.

Step right into middle stance, right side punch.

Pull right foot to left, closed parallel stance, left side forward, double guarding blocks. Pick-up left side kick, land left back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Advance right back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Advance left back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Step forward into a right front stance, front spear thrust, reverse palm block, and Ki-hap.

Spin 3/4 turn to the left, left back stance, square block.

Stationary reverse knifehand strike. Step left into middle stance, left side punch.

Step left foot to right then right foot out to back stance, square block.

Stationary reverse knifehand strike.

Step right into middle stance, right side punch.

Step forward into a left front stance, right scoop block.

Back leg front kick, land right front stance, reverse punch.

Left scoop block.

Back leg front kick, land left front stance, reverse punch.

Right turning side kick, land and double step to 3/4 turn to the left, left back stance, double guarding blocks.

Step left foot to right, then step out to right back stance, double guarding blocks and Ki-hap.

Right foot returns.
