Step to the left, back stance, forward inner forearm block.
Shift to front stance, reverse low spearhand strike, step to closed parallel stance, right backfist-left low block combination.
Step to the right, back stance, forward inner forearm block.
Shift to front stance, reverse low spear hand strike, step to closed parallel stance, left backfist-right low block combination.
Step out left front stance, low X-block, stationary twin punches. Back leg front kick, land in a front stance, front punch, reverse punch.
Lift left foot to balance movement to closed parallel stance.
Step 1/4 turn right, middle stance, W-block. Step 1/2 turn left, middle stance, W-block. Step 1/2 turn right, middle stance, W-block. Step 1/2 turn left, middle stance, W-block. Step 1/2 turn right, middle stance, W-block. Step 1/2 turn right, middle stance, W-block.
Step right foot behind left, then left foot steps towards the front, left back stance, low double forearm blocks.
Shift to front stance, head grab.
Back leg knee strike (Ki-hap), spin 1/2 turn into a left back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.
Forward leg front kick, land in a front stance, front spearhand thrust.
Advance to a back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Step back into a left back stance, low block/backfist combination.

Spin 3/4 turn to the left to a left back stance, low double knifehand guarding blocks. Shift to a front stance, scoop block.
Step together, then step to the right, back stance, low double knifehand guarding blocks. Shift to front stance, scoop block.
Shift to left front stance, scoop block.
Shift to right front stance, scoop block.
Step forward into middle stance, right middle punch and Ki-hap.
