Parallel Ready Stance
Step back into left front stance, front low block.
Step back into right front stance, front high block, stationary reverse punch.
Back leg front kick, land in left front stance reverse punch. Back leg front kick, land in right front stance, reverse punch and stationary punch.
Double step right foot then left foot, 1/2 turn to left back stance, front middle inner forearm block.
Step back into right front stance, front low block.
Step back into left front stance, front high block, stationary reverse punch. Back leg front kick, land in right front stance reverse punch.
Back leg front kick, and in left front stance, reverse punch and stationary punch.
Double step left foot then right foot 1/2 turn to the right back stance, front middle inner forearm block.
Step back to form left front stance, front inward middle block.
Stationary reverse punch.
Shift left foot to left middle stance, left side punch.
Step together left side kick, land in middle stance, left knifehand strike.
Step back to form right front stance, front inward middle block.
Stationary reverse punch.
Shifty right foot to right middle stance, right side punch.
Step together right side kick, land in middle stance, right knifehand strike. Pick up right foot, and spin 1/2 turn left, left back stance, double guarding blocks.
Step forward to right front stance, front punch to the face and Ki-hap.
Right foot returns.
