Parallel Ready Stance

Step back into left back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Step through to the rear with the left food, to a left front stance, reverse outer forearm block, front punch.

Step the left foot to the right, execute a right hook kick, land in a reverse back stance, reverse elbow strike.

Turn and shift 1/2 turn to the right, front stance, reverse forearm strike.

Execute a back leg turning side kick, landing in a reverse back stance to the rear, low double knifehand guarding blocks.

Turn and shift 1/2 turn to the left, front stance, while executing a middle wedging block with the inner forearm. 

Step forward to the front stance, twin vertical punches.

Shift to a left front stance, scoop block.

Shift to a horse stance, left and right middle punches.

Step back with right foot to a left back stance, front inward block.

Spin front foot 1/w turn to the rear, to a right back stance double knifehand guarding blocks.

Step through to the rear with the right foot, reverse outer forearm block, front punch.

Step the right foot to the left, execute a right hook kick, land in a reverse back stance reverse elbow strike.

Turn and shift 1/2 turn to the left, front stance, reverse forearm strike.

Execute a back leg turning side kick, landing in a reverse back stance to the rear, low double knifehand guarding blocks.

Turn and shift 1/2 turn to the right front stance, while executing a middle wedging block with the inner forearm.

Step forward to front stance, twin vertical punches. Shift to right front stance, scoop block. Shift to a horse stance, right and let middle punches.

Step back with left foot to a right bak stance, front inward block.

Execute a lead leg front kick, setting the foot down behind in a left back stance, front palm heel strike.

Shift to a front stance, reverse palm heel strike.

Step up with the back foot into a fixed stance, C-shaped punches.

Turn 1/2 turn to the left, front stance, double forearm blocks.

Execute a reverse low block, front punch.
