Parallel Ready Stance
Turn 1/4 turn to the left, front stance, front outer forearm block.
Stationary reverse punch.
Double step, with left foot, then right foot 1/2 turn to the right into front stance, front outer forearm block.
Stationary reverse punch.
Step up with left foot, turn 1/4 turn to the left, back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.
Advance right front stance, front spear thrust, reverse palm block and Kihap.
Spin 180 degrees right, left front stance, front backfist.
Advance right front stance, front backfist.
Spin 3/4 turn to the left, front stance, front outer forearm block.
Stationary reverse punch.
Double step, with left foot then right foot 1/2 turn to the right into front stance, front outer forearm block.
Stationary reverse punch.
Draw left foot to cat stance, then step to left angle out into front stance twin forearm blocks.
Back leg front kick, set down forward into a front stance, front and reverse punches.
Draw right foot to cat stance, then step to right angle out into front stance twin forearm blocks.
Back leg front kick, set down forward into a front stance, front and reverse punches.
Step over with left foot to front stance back on line, high block.
Advance right front stance, front high block.
Spin 3/4 turn to the left middle stance, left knifehand strike.
Step left foot together to right, then right foot out to middle stance, right knifehand strike and Ki-hap.
Right foot returns.
