Parallel Ready Stance

Step to the left, back stance, knifehand square block.

Advance to front stance, front knifehand high block/reverse inward knifehand strike combination.

Spin 1/2 turn to the right, back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Advance to front stance, front horizontal spearhand thrust.

Step back 1/4 turn into a left back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Execute a right side kick to the rear, returning to a left back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Step forward and execute a right flying side kick, land in a right back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks and Ki-hap.

Spin 3/4 turn to the left, back stance, low block.

Shift to a front stance, head grab.

Execute a back leg knee strike. Extend arms and step to closed parallel stance.

Turn 1/4 turn to the left, front stance, front palm block, reverse ridgehand strike.

Execute a back leg turning round kick, landing in a fixed stance, back to your target.

Execute a left spin side kick, landing in a back stance, double guarding blocks.

Execute a back leg turning round kick, step down and step out with the right foot to a fixed stance, pole block.

Jump and spin one complete turn, landing in a right back stance, double knifehand guarding blocks.

Advance to a left front stance, reverse upset spearhand low.

Shift to a back stance, reverse backfist/front low block combination.

Advance forward to a front stance, front spear thrust/reverse pal block combination.

Spin 3/4 turn to the left, front stance, double forearm blocks.

Step through to a horse stance, right inward block with left arm under for support.

Execute a backfist to the right.

Execute a right leg turning side kick, then a left leg turning side kick, spin 1/2 turn to the right, back stance, double knifehead X-blocks.

Advance to a front stance, twin upward palm strikes.

Double step left foot, then right foot and turn 1/2 turn to the right front stance, high block.

Stationary reverse punch and Ki-hap.

Left foot returns.
