Krav Maga at Aregis Taekwondo

Krav Maga is a great fitness program to for anyone looking to improve their conditioning, start a new fitness program or wanting to learn self defense.  It's adaptable for any level from beginner to advanced.  Krav Maga will strengthen your body, challenge your mind and teach you how to protect yourself.  No previous training is required.

Tuesday & Thursday  7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday 9:15 am - 10:15 am
